A Consistent Life: The Young Advocate's Guide to Living Peace and Justice Daily is described by co-author Aimee Murphy as "a holistic guide which offers activists, young and old, practical ways to support the marginalized and rehumanize the dehumanized." I had the honor of designing the cover for this book, which was published in late 2018.
Because this guide addresses a wide range of topics — everything from war, to criminal justice, to abortion — I chose to include a variety of symbols representing life, peace, and justice in the design. The color scheme and illustration style was inspired by protest imagery from the peace movement in the 60s and 70s.
